Iraq Pullout Voted Down 403-3 in House

Democrats: "How dare you ask us to vote for the record. Can't we just continue complaining instead?"

John "Hawk" Murtha not among the three who voted for a pullout? I guess he "voted for it before he voted against it" too.

"Rep. Murtha went on MSNBC’s “Hardball” to discuss his views on this subject with Chris Matthews. In this interview, not only did Rep. Murtha state that he would not have voted for the war resolution knowing what he knew "now," but also, contrary to assertions made by many members of Congress of late -- as well as much of the mainstream media -- he saw "all" of the intelligence reports: "I mean, I'm not blaming anybody else because I saw all the intelligence reports. All of them indicated we had imminent danger."

Rep. Murtha, welcome to your own words. Welcome to your "Swiftboating."

You're right, John Murtha is a bad man. He's questioning our President! He's bad.

I guess you must be proud of the way the House Republicans subverted the legislative process. They're totally awesome like that. Congratulations to you, to them, and hell, to the 100,000+ Iraqis who have died for...well...whatever the hell the excuse is this week.
