Format Woes

If the site seems a bit out of sorts, that's because it is. After a number of Blogger sites were defaced recently (including WHYGRR), I had to upload a backup CSS file to repair. The recovered site ignores line breaks for some odd reason. Anyone who knows how to repair posts en masse, please let me know.
