Bursting the Democrat's Housing Bubble
Note to DNC and MoveOn.org: Please campaign on this in 2006.

You are paying more for a house these days, but paying more is a problem only when you are getting less for your money. Latest housing numbers indicate housing values are at an all time high - exactly the opposite of what the New York Times' Paul Krugman would have us believe.
Average American Home in 1950: $59, 575 (983 sq. ft.) = 2 BR, 1 BA, 1-car garage
Average American Home in 2005: $138, 601 (2,330 sq. ft.) = 3 BR, 2 BA, Central AC, 2-car garage
Anomaly? Not hardly. It's a 55 year old trend.
Housing prices..........+132%
Square Footage........+137%
Household Income...+113%
Heating Costs...........-23%
Hmmm...But, I thought heating costs were at an all time high? See below more statistics the Democrats and their media don't talk about. The sky is hardly falling, Chicken Little.
A comparison of housing values in 1950 vs. 2oo5.

My life is too good. I work like a dog, but still...the guilt. I probably deserve a housing bubble, whatever it is. Sounds bad. Bubbles pop...an explosion really. That can't be helpful. Crap. Bummer. I've got kids wetting their beds at night...like I need more "bursting" in my life. Just when it was going good...DAMN!
Negative Crap...just say no!
Liberals need to try and have more reasoned optimism. It works.
Conservatives need to show more compassion. Sean Hannity hit it tonight on the radio.
When you could use a break and a laugh, I found Al Gore's Blog really funny...

Totally OT: Just wanted to wish you a great Thanksgiving Day!
Nice post...this is the kind of stuff not seen in the MSM...I didn't work on my blog for a few days, but now I am back, check it out!!!
Ahhh... any of these right-wingers want to retract these 2005 statements? This turned out to be utter-crap. There was a huge housing bubble that ended up popping in 2008.
Figured I'd call your asses out on this shit.
