Nope, we can't single them out, we have to keep searching little old ladies and former vice presidents, what kind of country would we be if we actually started looking for terrorist where they might actually be?!
It's only a matter of time before the ACLU steps in and demands that the entire trial be done in Arabic for the benefit of this poor defenseless (innocent?) college student who only stays here because he loves school so much.
You're right. We might interfere with his right to kill us all.
