"Pray for a good election next week. Let that be the beginning of Iraqis fighting each other for a new Iraq — or no Iraq, which is a possibility. Then President Bush can "redeploy." He could take a lesson from his hero, President Reagan, who vowed to stay the course after his reckless words siding with Christians against Muslims in Lebanon in 1983 led to the killing of more than 250 U.S. Marine peacekeepers in a suicide bombing at the Beirut airport. Then Reagan waited a few weeks and announced "redeployment" — to ships 30 miles offshore." - Richard Reeves.
FOX News: Undermining America In A Time Of War Thu 03:12 AM Sean Hannity complains every night that Democrats' debate about the war in Iraq undermines our cause, all the while overlooking the fact that more than half the country agrees with them. Approximately half the voters are Democrats, approximately 60% of the country disapproves of the job George Bush is doing overall and in Iraq. FOX News claims the majority should squelch the minority when it comes to making sure everyone says "Merry Christmas," not "Happy Holidays." But when the numbers don't go their way, it's minority rule only. As the FOX News pundits wax rhapsodically about freedom and democracy in Iraq, they do everything to undermine the same principles right here at home. Our nation is fighting two foreign wars while FOX News continually attacks Americans on their own soil.

I couldn't disagree more with the facts!
That sounds so authentically "Deansian" that I'm not even going to do my usual fact-checking...
;-)
What's wrong - out of steam over your concerns about the MSM?
Couldn't you at least have an image of Dean burning crosses or steam rolling plastic jesus dolls?
Why you hate the U.S. of A.?
The fact that you had to make sure he didn't *actually* say this is my point.

-- I didn't check, but he does have a big mouth...
Bohemian Like You: some folks just don't "get" snarky metacommentary.
It's the low "g" factor, ya know. Not stupid, it's just abstract thought that they can't handle well.
It's why Jean Fraud sKerry could mouth inanities and pass them off to the ignoranti class as profundities.
